TYGTAL Engineering 101-Front Squat(No Hands)-Power Clean Progression. We use this exercise to engineer bar placement on the shoulders, the ability to keep the elbows up and feet in a power position(feet hip width apart, while decelerating with the hips into a squat position while keep the spine in the athletic anatomical position.
