Ta DA!!! Lunches for the week. I have grown to LOVE salads. When made properly, with the right ingredients, they are excellent. Now, I am trying this idea to see if the veges and lettuce will stay crisp in the mason jar salad idea. Took me all of 30 minutes and literally everything is in the jar! Save money and have the best lunch you can. This along with my delicious protein shake breakfast and BAM!!! ( do you like how I put the Is a crunch in the pic.). Yes, that us a marketing idea but guess what.... It is hulled hemp seeds and full of omega 3,6, and 9 and my company makes it. All organic. Yes, there is everything you need to live healthy and it doesnt have to be hard, expensive, or time consuming.
