Tabata-A-Day Challenge: ✨The final week! This week it is favorites! Comment with your favorite tabata that we can finish the week with✨ Another favorite! Day 30: High Knees A tabata interval is 20 seconds work followed by 10 seconds of rest, repeated for 8 rounds. It will only take 4 minutes but it will be intense! Remember to post on Jennysfitness Facebook timeline, stating which day you completed, to be eligible for the prize! Feel free to swap a different exercise if you need to modify for any reason! But complete one tabata everyday in January!
