It is an hour long. Modifications are always shown. 2. Chair Strength Intervaled with Floor Cardio: Don’t let the word chair fool you, it is a challenge. This hour long class offers you strength training using a chair you have at home intervaled with floor cardio moves. 3. Kick-N-Tone : These hour long classes offer cardio kickboxing with some songs of strength training. Great way to change up your workout. There is now Kick-N-Tone 1 & 2. 4. Every Other Song Cardio/Strength Intervaled: This is an hour long class where we rotate every other song doing cardio moves or strength training moves. Each song is about 4 minutes. Great music. 5. Dance Cardio: This class offers you an hour of fun dance cardio moves! Great way to get that extra cardio in. Fun!!! * You don’t have to be a dancer to do this one. 6. Express 30 Minute Workouts #1, #2, and #3 : Each one is different. They offer you both cardio and strength intervaled. You will love the workout you get in just 30 minutes. 7. Tabata: This is an awesome workout where we do eight 20 second segments of a cardio with 10 second breaks in-between. Then we have a two minute break where we do a cardio move and an ab move. The next eight second segments are with weight training. This alternates for an hour. I love this workout! **** All of my workouts are for every level of fitness. From beginner ( modifications are shown) to the most advanced. They are for men and women. You do not need a ton of room to do these. You will need a variety of weights. Heavy, Medium,and light.
