Tache council approved a sprawling 203 lot, 80-acre development on the northeast edge of Landmark Tuesday night. The development by Schinkel Properties and JHW Enterprises out of Steinbach was approved with the condition that it build water and sewer infrastructure that would not put a drain on the town’s over burdened system that is in need of upgrading. It must also pass the development plan stage and be approved by the province. The lots will consist of 153 single family, 17 smaller “village” lots, 28 two-family, and five multi-family dwellings.
