Tada!! I did it! Pamelas plum love freezer jam! ♥ First try at doing something with the plums besides just eating them haha just put them in a little water and heated them up long enough to get soft and take the pits out and then just added a little sugar, cinnamon and vanilla, cooked them a bit and then smashed them with the mashed potato masher =) Cody Sullivan says that it is delish and yet I should have taken pictures of Cody and me and the sour puss faces we were making tasting it till I got the sugar vs tart ratio down =) LOL As they truly were pricless! =)
