I had to realize that Our health is the epitome of who we are. I made an agreement to have No Excuses, no matter how big or small the obstacles were in my way. I focused on a vision.... To be able to always have the energy to play with my son, to be able to inspire others that are steering down a path of self-destruction, to be proud of the skin that Im in because I knew that I earned it, to love all and respect everyones state of mind, to have the stamina to do the things that I used to love and to have the inner confidence developed through achieving my goal by proving to myself that success was possible, because without holding on to that vision I would still be 50 pounds overweight, 50 pounds overstressed, 50 pounds too much of tired energy and 50 pounds of negative thoughts circulating in my mind.
