Tag a friend to try this with!! #NOexcuses ➖ Heres a little HIIT action for yall today! If you dont have these handy sliders, use paper plates or washcloths! I like to do these exercises for 30 seconds then give myself a 10 second rest for each exercise - I do this x4 then move to the next exercise and I do this circuit once or twice depending on the time after my workout. I like to do this when Im TIREDDDDD its a killer hip flexor, core and shoulder workout! Get it done today!! Happy freakinnnn Friday!!!
