Tag your workout buddy Try these killer moves with a friend or spouse or even maybe an unwilling random person at the gym. This sequence was inspired by moves from one of m all time fav home workout programs, Insanity The a Asylum. The bands we are using are toning bands that can be found individually on my website or come free with the Asylum pack. 1⃣ split stance - wrap the resistance band around your ankles. Note: this can totally be done without the bands too. This move is basically like a jumping jack. Only your feet go out wider into a squat stance and one hand touches the floor. Alternate hands every time you go down. Do this move for 30 seconds 2⃣ speed skaters - this is also a move from Chalean Extreme (another amazing homeworkout that I cant get enough of) its killer for the legs ! This move takes some getting use to so try it without he bands first. You are going to start off by leaping with the left foot to your left side and follow with the right foot lunging out behind you just like a speed skater. Hop to the other side with the opposite foot. Be sure to pump your arms and include them as well! Go for 30 seconds 3⃣ jack push-ups - we cranked this up a notch by adding resistance bands. Oh my , I cant believe I actually kept up with the Beast. Bring your hands in and out into a push up. Make sure your keep your core tight and hips tucked under. Do as many as you can for 30 seconds. Go to your knees to modify.
