Tahunanui School Gala Sunday 23rd March 2014 A great and affordable fun day out offering an array of food and drinks, prizes, games, activities and rides that will entertain the whole family. Activities include the massive 30m downhill water slide, plate smashing, face painting, wacky hair, hot rod cars, ferris wheel, water walkers, chair-o-plane, horizontal bungee jump, dunking chair, coconut shy, hoopla, blast bouncy castles, the lucky wheel and this year the highlight will be the Great Tahunanui Mascot race. Plus you will see the usual stalls; raffles, toys, clothing, books, white elephant, cakes and sweets, plants and seedlings, craft, and of course there will be The Great Art and Leisure Silent Auction. Auction items can be viewed on Friday 3-5pm, Saturday 11am - 3pm and from 11am onwards on Sunday, with the Auction closing at 1.30pm. The Great Tahunanui Mascot Race will start at 2.00pm.
