Tak payah la kacau JPJ buat keje dorang... dah la harga keta di Malaysia ni mahal melampau2, nak suruh lupuskan plak lepas 12 tahun. Sebelum ni nak haramkan motosikal masuk ke lebuhraya la, nak kenakan tol di atas laluan khas motosikal la... Meraban-raban macam hapa. So, sebagai rakyat Malaysia yg prihatin, sy telah berusaha utk mencari idea bagi membantu certain factions in our government who are desperate to seek more ways of generating money to pay off... I dunno, whatever. How about this: Capital gains tax will be charged on Malaysian property sold by overseas nationals and expats. Please consider it, sirs and madams. Wed really appreciate it if you can... like, get off our poor, stressed out back for a bit. We have enough financial problems of our own, even without your eager assistance to add to it. Now, back to work.
