Listen, In todays society we are so focused on the number on the scale that in some girls it controls their lives. And unless you own PROPER scales that read your body fat %, muscle mass, water %, bone, metabolic age and such - then I have one huge tip: Ignore that number and throw out your scale! When we have a weight loss goal in mind, that goal is not usually attached to an image of health or stamina. Usually we define our goal by the number we see on a scale. However, theres a 3 BIG problems with relying on normal scales to measure your weight! 1) The number on the scale can fluctuate dramatically in just one day. If you go to the toilet you can lose a kg or 2, the more water you drink, or lean muscle you have, can increase that ONE number, your normal scales cannot take all of this into account. 2)You might think the perfect weight is a certain number... 3)Regardless of what you weigh, there is no scale in the world that can measure the most important thing of all - how AWESOME you are!! If you feel happy, if you feel fit, if youre moving towards your goal and living a positive life, then thats all the measurement of your progress that you need. Continue on your health journey and focus on the positives! Because in the end no one cares about how much you WEIGH on the scales, but they see the strong, inspiring, determined girl making better changes for her health! The number may not change but you will look and feel a lot better. So once again DO NOT WEIGHT YOURSELF unless it also reads whats going inside the strong beautiful woman that is you! Heres a better way to track your weight loss progress If you havent done this already, make sure to do it at some point today. Stand in front of a full length mirror with your underclothes on, and take a picture from the front, and from the sides. Every couple of weeks, take the same photo from the same angles. As you reach your goals, youll be able to see a noticeable difference!Look at this picture... she gained weight according to the scale but has lost so much fat and is smaller at a higher weight..... Scales do not weigh health!!!!
