Take Time for Yourself! Take 20mins out of your day and set it aside just for you time. I personally like to spend some time relaxing and meditating. It helps me to clear my mind of any negative energy that has built up over the day and Clears my mind so that I can relax and think clearly again for the next day. If you want to give meditation a go, I highly recommend that you try watching the video link below at home. Its 20mins long and is a great tool for quieting the mind and relaxing your body. Its guided, so if you are worried about not knowing what to do.. fear not, anyone can have a go. Who couldnt do with a relax at the end of the day?
