Take a few moments today as you start your day to feel the good feelings when you think of 5 things that you are grateful for. It does not matter how small these things are. Relish in the feelings of joy and happiness as you ponder these wonderful things that are part of your life. Perhaps its the kindness of a person that you are grateful for, perhaps you are grateful for being able to have a relaxing cup of coffee, perhaps you are grateful for children or other family members. Everyone can always be grateful for this experience of life and be grateful for our breath. If you do this everyday then you will start to retrain your brain to become an Optimistic Brain. You will start to automatically look for the good things in your life instead of looking for the negative aspects like you have been trained to do because of your past experiences. It really does work! :)
