Take a look at our adoptable Lilly! Here she is playing with Kimba, a former W.H.E rescue dog :) Lilly is a one year old pit bull. Shes medium energy, so she loves to play, but only for short periods and then shes ready to settle down with a chew toy or to take a nap. Shes silly and quirky and fun, and loves other dogs. Shes shown some mild interest in cats, but its more curious than wanting to have them as a snack. Lilly was born with some physical issues that made running difficult, but with good food, exercise, and a daily anti-inflammatory shes overcome them and shes able to run and play actively with no problem. She takes a daily chewable cranberry supplement ($10 a month). Lilly is housebroken and crate trained, is good with kids, dogs, and curious about cats, but not aggressive. Shes been spayed, and is up to date on her shots and heartworm medication. Lilly has some learning difficulties and so needs longer than average to learn new things, but that just adds to her charm!
