Take a minute and imagine what a space alien might look like. Make it as outlandish as you want. Does it have arms or legs? Maybe it picks things up using tentacles. Or perhaps it moves in the water and has fins, or in the air and has wings. Does it have antennae? A mouth? Eyes? A nervous system? Blood? Whatever you come up with, it is going to bear some resemblance to something you already have some knowledge of. Its not possible for us not to: our brains wont allow it. Now think about morality and our varying concepts of it: where did those come from? As demonstrated, they had to have come from somewhere. We arent capable of having just made up the idea. So if we are able to think of a concept for good, any concept of good, didnt it have to come from somewhere? And if someone taught you good, who taught them? And so on and so forth. When you go down the line until you cant go down it any further, and reach the original source, there is your objective standard for morality.
