Take an extra moment...and be reminded of a His faithfulness. He is here...and He loves You more than you can possibly imagine! :)) Good morning brothers and sisters. Hebrews 11:1 Now faith is being sure of what we hope for and certain of what we do not see. Father, You are who You say You are. You will do what You say You will do. Help us to draw nearer...spend more time with You...so that when waves crash against us...we dont doubt that You will make a way. Right now, we fix out eyes on You. You are God...Sovereign and Powerful...Just and Compassionate...Perfect and Loving...Faithful to the end. The beautiful thing...is that there is no end...an end to this life on earth, yes...but this is not our home. We will be with You in heaven...for eternity. Help us to take a deep breath and allow that to sink in. We, who accept Your Son as our Savior, have eternity to spend with You. Right now, Father, we may be facing certain things where we cannot see a way out...certain circumstances where a door needs to be opened...and there seems to be no door in sight. Father, may we lean into You right now. If there is hurt that just seems too much to bear...may we find hope and solace in Your arms. May our hearts understand on a deeper level...beyond the hurt/disappointment...that in all things You work for the good of those who love You, who have been called according to Your purpose. Father, You who promise...are Faithful. May we cling to You today and allow Your peace to cover us. You are here. You are with us to hold us, comfort us, dry the tears weve cried, heal the wounds that we carry...to lift us up, remind us we are Yours...and lead us on. Father. Thank You for how You love us...unconditionally. Thank You...for how You continue to pursue our hearts...relentlessly. We love You, Father. In Jesus precious name, Amen. Its not that we cant get excited...we get excited about parties, events... We look forward to long awaited vacations...seeing those who we havent seen in a long while... Well...we have something a bit more important, that which is not fleeting, to be EXCITED about. God Loves You! He loves you so much that He sent His One and Only Son to die For you...so that you could have Life With Him...forever. Right now, there is hope to be had...as we cling to His promises which cannot be shaken...and will not be rescinded. Today, He has wonders for us to experience and deep breaths of sweet relief to be breathed...as we take our eyes off of the waves...at fix our eyes on Jesus, the Author and Perfecter of our faith.
