Take it home! RUN FOR THE HILLS TREADMILL WORKOUT: Climb #1: 5 min; set your pace to maintain throughout. Walkers set incline to 1%, joggers at 2%. Every :30 sec, increase incline 1%. EX PACE: Wlk; 3-4 Jog; 4-5.5 -Recover for 2 min after (walk/light jog) -Sprint Round #1: 10 sec sprint/10 sec recov=10x -Recover for 2 min Sprint Round #2: 20 sec sprint/20 sec recov=8x -CLIMB #2=7 min! Same format as last time, increase every :30. -Sprint Round #3: 30 sec sprint/30 sec recov=6x -Recover for 2 min -Sprint Round #4: 40 sec sprint/40 sec recov=4x Cool Down and Stretch :)
