Take note: Its petty bureaucrats that dont understand that its their actions that offend other cultures and religions as well as the British people. No one has an issue with the National Anthem nor the flag (when not being raised as a banner of hate by the far right). Muslims do not have issues with these nor xmas or anything else. Its little British men and women sat in council offices that think theses politically correct schemes up. Taking someones culture away is never correct in anyway. If there are people offended by our culture then thats their own issues to resolve. A great number of these hyped up stories though are exaggerated I have to say. Usually by the press or social media then jumped on by the right wing. If in this case the story is true then the councillors making that decision need taking to task, re-educating in anti-discriminatory practice or sacking. The British culture is as important as any other and here more so. It is our culture and history. It is who we are and what we have a right to be proud of. So when it along with our rights is eroded or stolen the say no! But understand who is doing it, not immigrants, not minority groups but people who are either short sited or using it to further their own agendas. When you see these issues arising dont fall into the trap of hate, get angry, but target that anger where its deserved at the muppets trying to make it an issue and sing that Anthem as loud as you bloody can!!!
