Take note.. There are so many ways you can manipulate an exercise in order to ensure your body continues to adapt. Your body is cleverer than you think so keep changing your training up to get the best results. Example 1 - if you like to run on the treadmill - add an incline now and then or implement some intervals where you hit the speed up for either a specified amount of time (ie 1 minute) or for a specific distance (500m). Example 2 - when lifting use tempo rather than moving the weight from a to b as fast as you can. There is a time and a place for explosive lifts but too many people lift with their ego and use too much weight. Drop the weight and control the rep and time each phase of the rep. For example think of a bicep curl - 3 seconds up - 1 second hold at the top - and then 3 seconds down. This way you hit the target muscle and grow. You will quickly find that the weight you use with drop significantly so if you wanna be the baddest guy in the gym it may be best to carry on with what your doing 👍
