Take pride in how far you have come, and have faith in how far you can go. This is what I remind myself of when I have those times of doubts. When I look in the mirror and still see a 300+ person looking back at me. When I try on something and it doesnt it. When I cant do all the yoga moves. And then I slap myself upside the head and say, I have lost 50 pounds. I do jog over 10 miles a week (soon to be 15). I do eat healthy. I am moving. And Im going to make it to my ultimate goal. Even when everything is going right, sometimes we still doubt the change and progress we have made. Write down your accomplishments on the road to your goal, whatever it is. Then when you have those days of doubts, pull out your accomplishment list and remind yourself how far you have come and where you are going! Bring a friend and join my weight loss group.
