Take pride in what you do. Put real effort in what you do. When you have a job, take it seriously and get it done. How many people dont have a job and are out there starving and living poor? A lot. How many of them would love to have your job and get paid what you get paid? Probably a lot. Pull your weight and dont leave things up for the next person to do. Work together and actually care about what you do. Dont just go to work to get a paycheck. Earn the paycheck, enjoy whatever it is you do. Strive to be better, to make things better. Keep respect in all that you do. Whatever you do, act like youre doing it for God. Use the gifts that God has given you to make things easier and NOT harder on other people. These are very basic and simple things to live by. When everybody does this and works hard and works together, things go very smoothly and challenges get overcome. Lives get changed. This is how I was raised and like my daddy would say: Either LEAD, FOLLOW, or get the heck out of the way
