Taking a break from introspection to introduce the fact that this is what Real ramen looks like. I cant make my own noodles but I do tend to use instant noodles, however I prefer to make my own broth and at least add the egg (yes ..sliced in half hard boiled leads for a great presentation) green onions for sure ...and sliced beef or pork (chicken is too damned dry and grainy ..ramen must be hearty) and I add Miso and tofu when I can. Ramen is a traditional treat and a comfort food in Japan and should never come out of a 30c package. 9gag/gag/aYpq9D0 I refuse to make Ramen unless I have these ingredients available to me. It is a disgrace to the dish. Using instant noodles as a base is bad enough but I do use them since it is readily available.
