Taking a break from training for the 30 mile Chesapeake MS CHallenge Walk to take part in the bucket (s) of ice challenge for ALS. I am doing this for a classmate who has ALS... @[1236067846:Tom Touchette]. I hereby challenge all of my classmates and alumni of @[107707942585478:Fayetteville-Manlius High School]. I am also calling out all Postal workers to accept the challenge or donate to the ALS cause. its called the ICE bucket challenge. So there better be some ice in your buckets.
