Taking supplement with high dosage of potassium is dangerous - TopicsExpress

Taking supplement with high dosage of potassium is dangerous especially to heart and kidney patient. High potassium alone can cause injury to stomach wall that ends up in gastric pain. Taking potassium alone also stimulates histamine release that leads to sneezing nose. However, the 68.15mg potassium in Mega H® shouldn’t cause any major health problem because we are not just taking high potassium alone but we take silica hydride as well. Since K+ is positive and H- is negative, therefore both different electrical charges balance each other. Many people do not realise, for potassium to work well in the body, potassium needs to team up with negative hydrogen for electrical force balances. One must not forget, hydrogen is POSITION ONE in periodic table and potassium is POSITION ONE in metallic series. Therefore only potassium works in the present of negative hydrogen do not harm us. When taking potassium with negative hydrogen it 1. improves cell hydration especially maintaing sodium/potassium ratio. 2.promotes ATP production. 3.pH buffer at cell level especially regulating stomach hydrochloric acid production. H- enhances ATP synthesis which is an important condition to make sodium/potassium ATPase ion-gated pump to work diligently to transport potassium ion & sodium ion in and out of cell respectively. In a nut shell, our body uses ATP to restore the ratio of sodium/potassium ion in balance. This has an attribute to improve our energy and blood pressure. Drinking Crystal Energy® and Mega H®, we see that the flow of urine passes out is more prominent in size and quantity. This outcome of substantial increase in urine output done by Crystal Energy® and Mega H® has in fact helps to clean our blood and regulate our blood volume. Blood cleansing and blood volume control is a 100% approach to maintain our blood pressure through proper hydration. This is a 100% different approach using diuretic drug to decrease our blood volume to lower our blood pressure. The 68.15mg Potassium in Mega H® (potassium citrate 165mg and potassium carbonate 15mg) perhaps help to control sodium absorption because sodium is antagonized by potassium. Too much sodium absorption may stimulate more aldosterone release which increases our blood pressure. However, if any person suffers blood pressure shoot up after taking Mega H, it reflects his body has over stored of sodium. Potassium then triggers more mineralocorticoid (aldosterone) released to make kidney to refuse reabsorption of sodium. Unless you are in acidosis, then only you can’t absorb potassium which might result potassium high in blood that may lead to kidney failure.
