Taking the ACT college admission test will be a graduation requirement for all MN students. In the past, students had to take an exit exam and get a certain score to graduate. The state will pay $13.5 million over 4 years. That includes for practice exams in 8th & 10th grades, as well as for the real ACT 11th graders will now take in the spring.
