Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialists are needed for A Group of Companies You will use your talent and recruitment sourcing/research skills combined with your relationship management ability to build talent pipelines of both active and passive candidates. You will utilize online and in person networking events and communities to feed your pipeline. Responsibilities: - Create Sourcing Strategies in accord with recruitment partners and managers to achieve organizations short and long term hiring goals. - Interview/screen appropriate candidates and provide background summaries in accordance with expectations. - Build solid working relationships with Talent Acquisition Members and Internal stake holders - Utilize your deep knowledge of online sourcing and networking to create new communities that identify and build talent pipelines - Build outside relationships with specialty organizations both online and in person. - Use in-house databases, and maintain data integrity of all information - Other Talent Acquisition duties as deemed necessary Qualifications Requirements: - Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience - 2-4 years of experience in research/recruiting/sourcing candidates (search, agency or corporate) - Successful cold calling and interviewing experience at all levels of a corporation - Experience sourcing candidates for Medical – Pharmaceutical roles a strong plus. - Knowledge of full life cycle recruiting process - Highly organized and able to function and adapt in a high demand and changing environment If you are interested please send your CV to magd.hr@gmail please mention the title in the mail Subject otherwise the CV will be ignored
