Talent and skill. I grew up thinking the best sportsmen and women were gifted (talent). I didnt realise they had spent year upon year and hours and hours of training every day (skill) to get to a high level. lets remember theres no such thing as an overnight success. Successful people have spent a lot of time working on their passion to reach a high level. Talent will only get you so far and for those that were handed a heap of talent on a plate, youll get found out unless you work.
