Taliban Khan by Syed Zeeshan Haider Khan sab was blamed for being Taliban khan and criticized for not talking clear and stern stance against extremists . However the continuous political agitation by khan sab weakened the N league government which wanted reconciliation with Taliban and other extremist factions. Eventually government weakened and establishment gained strength ( which had different view from the government regarding dealing with extremists). Hence government had to come on board and eventually own the operation in North Waziristan. The defense policy and foreign policy once again seemed to slip from the hands of civilian government and into the hands of establishment. Not just the government but all democratic parties were weakened by Dharnas. The sad incident of Army school proved to be the straw which broke the camels back. The only option left for democratic forces to save there neck ( not their face as per Bilalwal Bhuto Zardari) was to make 21st constitutional amendment. So, does that mean that the so calledTaliban khan played the pivotal role in bringing down doom to Taliban ? That is for you to decide.......
