Talk about a change of scenery..... This darling little Rottweiler girl (now named Holly) came to us a couple of weeks ago after being removed from terrible living conditions. Well, she headed off to her trial home this afternoon, and as always, especially with my Rotti rehomes, I was a little nervous......what what I thinking, this is the perfect home for her, this is what her new Mum, Dad and big Bro have to say........ Hi Vicki, Well I’ve never seen Buddy so alive since we put Tess down. No fights, just a quick nip to say he’s the boss and now he can’t leave her alone! (lol) I’ve attached some pics of them in the front yard. Holly is going to work out just fine and I’ve managed to get her to fetch, retrieve and release a tennis ball, then sit and start all over again. She’s so gorgeous!!! Oh yes, our cats aren’t even bothered by her. She chased Rusty up the stairs but as soon as I yelled a very stern ‘no’, she turned around and came back downstairs. With a little bit of training, she’ll be perfect :-) Oh and she saw the sheep, had a wee sniff, then ignored them – yay!!! Thanks heaps for letting us trial her, but this is one girl I don’t I want to give back ever :-) Huia
