Talk about excited... Im so happy and proud to announce that I will now be a part of this local, and amazing Real Estate Company; Distinctive Coast Properties. After working with my mom at Regency for the past six years and trying to get her to retire (those of you who know her, know that may never happen, haha) I have decided that its time for me to get back into the business for myself and where I live locally. San Clemente has been home and it should be where I concentrate my efforts when it comes to Real Estate. This is a new chapter for me and one that Im really looking forward to. I enjoy cultivating life long relationships. Ive always had the mind set that when I have a real estate transaction I want it to be more than just a business deal. I value friendships weather they are business related or go deeper than that. I value the people I am fortunate enough to meet and work with and thank those that trust me with their Real Estate needs. Look for more from me in February as I walk out one door and into another. My mom has been the best mentor ever and as I continue to assist her the best I can, Im all in as I embark on this new journey. So all aboard as the saying goes, Julie is setting sail for DCP!!!
