Talk about organized crime and corruption. A 20 yr old kid died as a result of an atv crash in the city. "STATE POLICE" said they tried to do a stop because the atv had no lights on and on the roadway. Then "came across the atv accident up th road ". REALLY? "state police cant go into the city" , "state police have NO jurisdiction in the city" HAAA. LIES!!!! They pick and choose who and what they can touch??? The report said the trooper was on west end ave, the picture where the crash was is ELK ave. LIES It is NOT the 1st time a cop has lied, not the 1st cop to use his car as a deadly weapon, not th 1st time the city police an DA say "we know nothing ,we see nothing , we do nothing, ... IDIOTS!!!!
