Talk about, picture perfect. While critiquing a deadlift, you want to focus on 3 main movements. 1. Starting position. - Rear Deltoid in line with bar. - Neutral spine - Feet shoulder width apart 2. Proceed to lift - Drive up with heels - Keep neutral spine - Thoracic extension ( chest up ) 3. Lockout - Proceed to stand upright - Do not lean back - Do squeeze glutes ( squeeze yo ass cheeks ) - Hips drive forward Thanks Maria Mizzi for the awesome deadlift!
