Talk about worst morning ever I woke up and went to the bathroom ended up passing out hitting my head really hard in the process my mom came in the bathroom trying to get me up I sat up for a minute and felt sick like I was going to puke then all I remember is laying on the floor wondering what the hell happened paramedics came and everything checked me out then my mom took me to the ER needless to say after spending all this time in the hospital they tell me its called vasovagal syncope its caused from straining myself while trying to take a shit! Haha go figure just my luck, at least its not something worse now I still dont feel that great and I have a huge bruise and goose egg on my forehead but I guess it could be worse, just a couple words of advice dont push yourself just go with the flow!
