Talked about it briefly this morning on WRWD watched the video again and the more I think about it I now have an official opinion... 1) The guy has a reputation of being a hot head and a jerk 2) You can hear the other drivers hitting the breaks and he sped up... 3) Bottom-line even if the driver was stupid for getting out of his car in a dark suit on a poorly lit track...He didnt deserve to die.... So Tony Stewart is in some way responsible and should be held accountable...I do not think he should go to jail but he should write a big ass check to that kids family~!
