Talked this one up was just saying to a friend the other day I havent had a bad headache for ages woke up this morning with a really strange pain in my right temple area as the day has progressed the intense pain has moved itself around the right eye socket as well I know this is a warning not to push myself under any circumstances I was going to try and pop out to see my poorly mum so glad I didnt have totally crashed now taking my mind off it watching the rugby lol
