Talked to a law office that helps fix your crap credit....actually my score, while not great was not as bad as I thought it was and the guy sounded really optimistic about getting it worked out...said there was a lot of really old stuff that could be challenged and probably dismissed. It will cost me service and filing fees..99 dollars, but it is worth it I think, and probably will help out in getting that house we want. I really liked a house that is up the road a bit that has four bedrooms and a garage but it will probably be gone before we get to the point of being able to get it since (despite being listed on a rent to own site) it is not in fact a rent to own. Damn it!
