Find them & Do them!! 1st up Glute Bridges - lay out, flat back, bring flat feet as close to your butt oops I meant glutes as possible, place hands out to the sides for stability, squeeze both core & glutes tight & push the pelvis to the sky in a slow controlled movement up then back down!! 2nd shown here with weight or nah is the Russian Twists! On your butt, back straight (not rounded), feet about 10 inches off the ground & rotate your torso from left to right!! Trust me youll feel it!! Lets do this!! Want a WOD calendar with these in it?!?
