Talking point: Uhuru Kenyattas case was confirmed way before he became President. The case was confirmed based on what the Pretrial chamber told us was a necessary threshold to go for trial.... Its that threshold that the ICC should rely on to go for full trial or acquital. The ICC should make its decision now and not later. The ICC should stop the legal theatrics of holding an accussed as a suspect for an indefinate period of time. Thats a legal absurdity that even a Somali court would not entertain. If in the next few weeks Uhuru Kenyattas case is not dropped then Kenya should Pursue Legal avenues of getting not only Uhuru Kenyatta but also William Ruto and Arap Sang out of these legal circus of absurdities... Thats what it means to be sovereign.
