Talking2Minds is a small charity. Since our foundation in 2008 and despite severe financial restraints, we have helped over 500 hundred people put the pieces of their lives back together. We help anyone who is suffering from PTSD or another severe stress-related condition, including those with addictions. Traumas leave their mark and whether it’s in the field of combat, as part of the “blue light” services or through something encountered as a civilian, the effects can be terrifying and debilitating. It doesn’t matter how or when you became traumatised, we treat all sufferers with the same compassion and understanding. Many of our clients have suffered for years and before coming to us had given up hope of every finding relief. There is no automatic preference for military sufferers. Our triage system is based wholly on severity of symptoms and time on our waiting list. Please see the Talking 2 Minds website.
