Tamara Mossman is looking for some help and asks: Please share your tips for camp oven cooking. Going camping next week first time and have a (already seasoned) heavy camp oven. So many pics on this site have camp ovens around the fire? How does it get suffienct heat to cook evenly? And secondly.. if I bake cakes n scones... do I cook off fire as well and will lid on or off? Who has some great tips for her.
