Tamarack Hollow Farm has 6 days left to raise and secure $25000 ($7200 to go) so they can move their farm from the Vermont Flood plains to higher ground. For me this is an awesome cause and one that is dear to my heart having grown up on a farm myself. Mike Betit and Amanda Andrews, the owners of Tamarack Hollow Farms are well know in the USQ Farmers Market circle and many of us have used the products they have grown at different farms thru out the years. So lets give these farmers a fighting chance to keep on supporting their community and provide a difference for people who want to eat real food. This is a Kickstarter project, every donor will receive products made at the farm as a thank you for supporting them. If the minimum is not met, Tamarack Hollow Farm will receive nothing! Thank you.
