Tambuwal: Jonathan summons Mu’azu President Goodluck Jonathan on Monday night summoned the National Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party, Alhaji Adamu Muazu on how to remove the Speaker of the House of Representatives. The summon, it was gathered, got to Muazu while he was meeting with members of the party’s caucus in the House of Representatives on Monday night. All the 10 embers of the National Working Committee of the party were also in attendance at the meeting with the Reps. The PDP Reps were led to the meeting by the Deputy Speaker, Emeka Ihedioha; House Leader, Mulikat Akande-Adeola and the Deputy Majority Leader, Leo Ogor. Muazu was presiding over the meeting when he allegedly got the summon. Journalists were barred from the meeting. Muazu left the meeting around 9:30pm. He refused to speak on whether the meeting had ended or if it achieved the desired result. “The meeting is going on fine,” he barely said. He refused to answer to questions on the alleged demand for automatic tickets for all the Reps who might either want to return to the House, contest for governorship position or even going to the Senate. Mu’azu was merely smiling as he made his way to his official vehicle. The meeting, which was held at the National Executive Hall of the PDP was called by the party’s leadership to deliberate on how to remove Tambuwal by reconvening the House before the adjourned date, December 3. But speaking with journalists after the end of the meeting, the National Publicity Secretary of the party, Chief Olisa Metuh said the issue of automatic ticket was raised. ift.tt/10QLKyD ift.tt/1qGUBZv [[Boost your social presence with NAIRALIKES nairalikes ]] #nigeria x #nairalikes #vanguardng
