Tamilnadu Chief Minister J Jayalalithaa extends her Ganesh Chaturthi greetings: On the occasion of Ganesh Chaturthi Festival, Tamil Nadu Chief Minister J Jayalalithaa has extended her greetings to Tamilnadu people. She has mentioned,”it is believed whoever worships Elephant God Ganesh on the auspicious occasion, is bestowed with prosperity, knowledge and good health. I hope the Almighty will remove all ills and bestow happiness, prosperity and good health to all those who worship him.” 30 Police stations near Beach: To develop the beach police stations, Tamil Nadu Chief Minister J Jayalalithaa have ordered to build 30 more beach stations. As per the sources, the government has taken many initiatives and plans for the welfare of the policemen. Almost Rs. 29 crores and 50 lakhs have been allocated to provide latest devices, vehicles and other novel telecommunication equipments to policemen. Further, the government had approved to construct a hospital for the Vellore region policemen and their family.
