(Tanqeed barayi Eslah): Last week I meet with Accountant General Pakistan Revenues (AGPR) KPK officer who is PTI fain but an honest officer. I asked him about PTI performance in KPK development. I was shocked to hear from him that unfortunately, like last year(2013-2014 budget) in which only 20% of the developmental fund was utilized and 80% budget transferred back to the federal treasury.He said yesterday I got the statistics of developmental budget in KPK and recognized that in 2014-2015 budget only 8% of the developmental budget is utilized in 5-6 months. I dont know why PTI govt have not initiated the developmental projects in KPK???. why the tax which the people of KPK pay is not utilized for their uplifting and facilitation. On one side you cry that the federal is not interested in providing fund for KPK while on other side the available funds refund to federal treasury. If IK says that we have not utilized the developmental budget due to sort of corruption occurrence then you and your team is bullshit.In 1.5 years you were unable to make a trustworthy team then how you will make naya KPK and naya Pakistan. Khan sab your legendary speeches are not enough for making naya KPK. I hope that PTI netwarriers will justify this post.
