Tap Debut- H(op)2O: A session pale ale with a crisp malt and bright hops. 3.9%, standard pour. Tap Change- Dizzy Bee- A double saison IPA. 6.5%, specialty pour. Weve been getting a lot of feedback that we have quite high ABVs across the board. Weve listened and put together some new recipes that do not sacrifice flavor for lighter gravity. H(op)2O is the first in this new run to hit our taps with Sympatico and a yet-to-be-named blonde all ready to hit kegs any day now.
