Meanwhile, as a direct fall-out of terrorists crime against humanity that changed the Monetary Laws Globally - Registered financial companies here were ordered to deposit all funds in their control with Local Banks.This was to detect funds which may have been secreted away in financial companies by Terrorists - Consequently,the USD 88.3 Million is now with a Local Bank here in Cotonou and with the demise of our client,there is no next of kin nor any appointed beneficiary to these funds. I am in a position to perfect documents whereby you would be posed as the representative of our client and we could ask the bank here to transfer funds to any account nominated by you.But, firstly You would have to open a dollar domiciliary account here in Cotonou from where the funds would be moved to your nominated account, but that would not constitute any problem at all. I want to await your response before I broaden the subject of percentage and how I intend to use mine in any of the followings (stocks,bonds,shares,debentures,short term investments e.t.c).
