Tara Lange is a dear friend that Ive have the pleasure of meeting under unfortunate circumstances. She lost her fiance Pat as a result of SUDEP earlier this year. A story far too common as far too many are tragically taken at the hands of epilepsy. She, along with Pats family, have become powerful advocates in the battle to raise awareness about epilepsy and SUDEP in particular. Today would have been Tara and Pats wedding day.
