Tara recently asked: I try to feed my toddler egg, but he refuses to eat it. I normally fry or scramble it with butter and salt. Any tips on ways to make it more appealing to him, or should I just keep serving it and expect him to eventually relent? My advice is to continue offering foods to toddlers that you know to be nutritious, but never force them. As long as you only offer good food, their little bodies will let them know when they need to eat and when. Who else has advice for Tara?
