To do this tough job they must have some good and unique qualities. Field work is very sensitive as well as a tough job and recruiting a field worker in any service is also a very important task. The police who is going to be recruited in traffic section must know the rules and regulation and also make sure that he is capable to do the job. Physical and mental fitness of a service provider is very important specially in field level service because the provider have to face many and different types of people. A traffic police has to fit physically and also mentally because everyday he has to face thousand of people with their movement and also problems. Mental stress and physical illness can create harm in his duty which causes traffic jam and hamper in peoples movement. He have the power to maintain road signal time duration and provide right direction to the people. He have the minimum patient to solve different problems like road accident, hijacking, fighting only for helping the local people. He have to show the qualities to fulfill the demand of peoples and pedestrians. Have to show promptness in his work also show honesty to catch the traffic rule breakers in any situation. Always try to be fair in all the cases which he face in the road. If the policeman can able to maintain this kind of situation this person should be recruited for the post traffic police.
